PIBG AGM 2012

This year the PIBG AGM and the UPSR Rewards Day will be held on Sunday, 26/2/12 at the 'ruang legar'. All ex-students who will come to take the rewards have to abide by the rules set by the school:
1. The PIBG AGM will start at 2pm.
2. Ex-students have to report to the teachers' in charge at the library at 2pm.
3. Students have to wear proper attire - secondary school uniform to the event.
4. Students are not allowed to walk around the school compound.
5. Follow instructions when want to go to the rest room.
6. Please follow the teachers' instructions from time to time, especially when the rewards presentation will start, Example - lining up according to 7A's......to 3A's and photo sessions.
7. Parents are encourage to drop the ex-students and come back at a later time (maybe 5pm) if they are not involve in the PIBG AGM.
8. For any enquiries, call the ex-class teachers or school admin.
9. Students who obtained 3As and above and must pass all other subjects (at least C) are eligible for the rewards.
10. Any update will be posted on this blog, so students can log in prior to the cemerony.

Congrats to all students for maintaining our good record, although we slipped to number 2 this year behind SJKC Lick Hung.

PIBG AGM 2011

This year the PIBG AGM and the UPSR Rewards Day will be held on Sunday, 27/3/11 at the 'ruang legar'. All ex-students who will come to take the rewards have to abide by the rules set by the school:
1. The PIBG AGM will start at 2pm.
2. Ex-students have to report to the teachers' in charge at the library at 3pm.
3. Students have to wear proper attire - secondary school uniform to the event. Failing to follow this simple rule, the school can ask the student to go home and change. (happen before).
4. Students are not allowed to walk around the school compound.
5. Follow instructions when want to go to the rest room.
6. Please follow the teachers' instructions from time to time, especially when the rewards presentation will start, Example - lining up according to 7A's......to 3A's and photo sessions.
7. Parents are encourage to drop the ex-students and come back at a later time (maybe 5pm) if they are not involve in the PIBG AGM (no more child/ren studying at this school). Anyway parents concern can still attend as
outsiders.
8. Ex-students who are not invited to this event are not allowed to attend or enter the library to visit friends....etc
9. Any enquiries, call the ex-class teachers or school admin. For 6M students, please contact Mdm. Lee Hooi Lon. She will incharge of this class as the former teacher had transfered.
10.Students who obtained 3As and above and must pass all other subjects (at least C) are eligible for the rewards.

School 10th Anniversary Celebration

The PIBG will organise a fund raising dinner to celebrate the school 10th anniversary celebration. The details as below :
Date/Day : 26/2/11 Saturday
Time : 7.00pm
Programmes : Speeches, performances, dinner.....etc
Donations : RM5,000 above will have the opportunity to be VVIP on stage
RM1,000 above will have the opportunity to be VIP on stage
RM500.00 will be given 2 tickets
RM50.00 minimum perhead
Publics, parents and ex-students are encourage to attend. Thanks for all the support!

UPSR 2011 RESULT

After a long time, now only I free to post the school result. As we all know, our school still maintained the No. 1 status in Selangor.

LATEST NEWS - NOVEMBER

1. SJKC TTCL will host the Integrasi 1Malaysia programme which will be held on the 1/11 from 730am-1pm. Our school will be working together with SK DOJ and SJKT TS to make this programme a success. Each school will be represented by 200 students, total 600 students. Over 30 teachers from SJKC TTCL will help out in this programme. The main objective is to foster unity among different races in school. Year 1-3 students will be rested on this day while year 4 and half of year 5 students have to attend normal class. The rest of Year 5 and all Year 6 students of SJKC TTCL will be involved in traditional games, Senaman 1Malaysia and singing patriotic songs.
2. Basketball 3 0n 3 will be held on 2/11.
3. Childrens' Day will be held on 4/11. As normal, talentime competition will be held.
4. 5-6/11 - Teachers' trip to Pahang. Tha main attraction is to watch the sunrise in Sg. Lembing.
5. 13/11 - Sekolah Wawasan will host the National Level of Childrens' Day Celebration.
6. 19/11 - Year 6 students farewell dinner at Sekolah Sri Sedaya.

LATEST DEVELOPMENT

1. 22-23/10 - School's Prefect Board, Librarians and Class Monitors from Year 3-6 have visited Malacca for 2 days 1 night. They visited Yakult Factory, Rumah Kanak-kanak Terencat Akal, Jonker Walk, historical places around Malacca. They didn't go to Malacca Zoo due to heavy rain. It was a success.
2. 27/10 - Year 6 went to FRIM, Kepong for jungle trekking and canopy walk. Then to PetroSains in KLCC and Karyaneka. This trip was organised by the Science teachers.
3. 16/10 - Selected students (bright students from Year 1-6) sat for an exam on listening skills and written test. This programme was endorsed by Education Ministry under the patron of Dato' Dr. Ir Wee Ka Siong to improve and upgrade the BM and English standard of SJKC. At the end, best 3 students from each Year 1-6 were selected to represent school to compete in the state level competition on 20/11.
4. Our student, Foo Zhi Yu (Year 5B) excel in the English Written Competition State level. He got 4th place. He also excel in the Sin Chew Jit Poh competition.
5. Our school boys' basketball team under 10 got 2nd place in the Inter-School Basketball Competition Petaling Perdana District. We lost to SJKC Serdang Baru in the final by a point only. Two boys were selected to represent the district and our district emerged champion. One of our player was chosen to be the best player of the tournament. Congrats.
6. Congrats to all students who excel in Maths Olympiad too.
7. And other sports like gymnastics, swimming and squash.
